VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL WAS A SUCCESS!
This year's VBS, themed "Putting On the Whole Armor of God" from Chapter 6 of Ephesians, was a tremendous success! Thanks to Bro. Garrett, Coach Jada, all our teachers, volunteers, and participants for making it a wonderful experience!

Multimedia Ministry
As we strive to grow Christ's Kingdom, we are striving to grow our congregation. One of the advancements we have made is investment in technology and the development of a new ministry: the Multimedia Ministry! Today marked our inauguration of using the monitors to support our worship service by displaying hymns, Scripture, and order of worship. Special thanks to Sis. Priscilla McNeal and Bro. David Garrett for making this happen with great success!! They are spearheading this ministry. If you would like to get involved, please reach out to them. We are so excited to see how God is blessing us to grow in so many ways and to reach more souls using modern technology!

Praise Dance Ministry
Sis. Christina Garrett, our liturgical dance coach extraordinaire, has done a wonderful job leading our children in dance for various church programs. She is spearheading a ministry related to dance for the children. What a wonderful way to keep our children active and more invested in learning about and praising God! Worship Leadership Training
In concert with Bro. Key's lessons from the Bible on church development we are striving to develop our brothers for leadership. To that end, Bro. David Garrett has developed a leadership workshop for the men that will be presented via Zoom. Please see him for more details.
NEW ON THE WEBSITE...
New Website Menu Tab for Sunday's Service: We've added a new menu tab, Sunday's Service, where new material will be added weekly. In conjunction with our new multimedia ministry, we will upload the slides that will be displayed on the monitors during service. So feel free to follow along with the order of worship, and get familiar with the hymns for service by checking out the PowerPoint slides for worship!

The sisters of the&th Street congregation in West Memphis, AR are hosting their Ladies' Day Program on Saturday, September 12th. Their theme is "Let Go and Let God" (Proverbs 16:9) and thier guest speakers are Sis. Denise Johnson and Sis. DeeDee Hadnot. The colors for the meeting are burgundy, green and cream.
